This Privacy Policy explains how Smackdowness ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our platform. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and handling your data transparently.

Account Information: When you sign in via Kick OAuth, we receive your Kick user ID, username, and avatar. We do not receive or store your Kick password.

Platform Usernames: If you choose to link your Shuffle or Luxdrop accounts, we store the usernames you provide to track your wagering activity via official affiliate APIs.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, giveaways entered, and points earned or spent.

Wagering Data: We fetch publicly available wagering statistics (total wagered amounts) from partner platform APIs using your linked username. We do not access deposit, withdrawal, or balance information.

Technical Data: We may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for analytics and security purposes.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Platform and your account
• Calculate and credit W-Points based on wagering activity
• Operate leaderboards, milestones, giveaways, and raffles
• Display your username on leaderboards and in draw results
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and multi-accounting
• Improve the Platform through usage analytics
• Communicate important updates about your account or the Platform

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication services, and Kick for OAuth. These providers have access to data necessary for their services.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
• Platform Safety: We may share information to investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase's infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) policies enforced at the database level. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Row-level security policies restricting data access
• Server-side seed hashing for provably fair draws (seeds are never exposed before a draw)
• Service role key isolation for administrative operations

While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access.

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and store preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand Platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the Platform from functioning properly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to certain types of data processing

To exercise these rights, contact us through our Discord community or the Get Help page. We will respond to valid requests within 30 days.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor has created an account, we will promptly terminate it and delete associated data.

The Platform contains links to third-party websites (Shuffle, Luxdrop, Kick, Discord, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
